1. General Information
   The use of the Flowtig platform is subject to the provisions of applicable European and German contract law and the following terms and conditions.
2. Use & costs
   After registering, you can initially use Flowtig on a free plan for personal use. If you want to use Flowtig permanently or in a business environment, a paid plan is required. The fees for the selected tariff and its term (e.g. monthly) are due at the beginning of the respective billing period. Renewal is automatic, but can be deactivated at any time.
3. Termination
   You can cancel your membership and booked plans at any time via your user account or deactivate automatic renewal. Pro-rata amounts will not be refunded unless Flowtig is legally obliged to do so.
4. Changes to the conditions
   Flowtig reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions if necessary. Changes will not be made retroactively. The current version can always be viewed at [flowtig.com/agb](https://flowtig.com/agb). Changes that materially affect your rights will be announced by e-mail or service notice at least 30 days before they come into effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
5. Place of jurisdiction
   German law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from this contract shall be the registered office of Flowtig in Schleswig-Holstein, insofar as legally permissible.
