Terms and Conditions

1. General

The use of the Flowtig platform is governed by applicable European and German contract law as well as the following terms and conditions.

2. Use & Fees

Use of the platform requires prior registration.

After registration, Flowtig may be used as part of a limited trial plan (14 days).

After the trial period expires, continued use of the platform requires the conclusion of a paid subscription plan.

The fees for the selected plan and its billing period (e.g. monthly) are due at the beginning of each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically but may be cancelled at any time.

3. Termination

You may terminate your membership and booked plans at any time via your user account or disable automatic renewal. Pro rata refunds are excluded unless Flowtig is legally obligated to provide a refund.

4. Amendments to the Terms

Flowtig reserves the right to amend these terms if necessary. Amendments shall not apply retroactively. The current version is always available at https://flowtig.com/terms-and-conditions.

Changes materially affecting your rights will be announced at least 30 days prior to taking effect via email or service notification. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

5. Platform Availability

Flowtig is provided as an online platform. Continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance work, further development, or security-related measures may result in temporary restrictions.

6. User Obligations

Users undertake to use Flowtig exclusively in compliance with applicable laws and not to process or provide unlawful content. Users are solely responsible for the content and data they submit.

7. Liability

Flowtig shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence, Flowtig shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical damages. Liability for lost profits, data loss, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Data Backup

Users are responsible for regularly backing up their data. Flowtig assumes no liability for data loss.

9. Rights of Use

Flowtig grants the user a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the platform for the duration of the contractual relationship, limited to the functionalities provided.

Any reproduction, modification, distribution, public accessibility, reverse engineering or any other use of the platform or individual components beyond the contractually intended purpose is not permitted, unless expressly allowed by mandatory statutory provisions.

All rights to the platform, in particular intellectual property rights related to software, user interfaces, trademarks and logos, remain with Flowtig.

10. Jurisdiction

German law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract shall be the registered office of Flowtig in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, insofar as legally permissible.
